**1. Download Spedia Bar software.** If you use Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer you must download spedia.exe file in a separate Windows directory such as C:\spedia. Click here to download Spedia bar for Netscape 4.03 and above.
